General Information & Policies

• We have 11 good sized Kennels and outdoor runs that the dogs go out into, where they can play with their toys or do what they want to do.

• All dogs are exercised twice daily in our 200 yard long fenced gallop, both on and off the lead (for dogs with a suitable temperament) and we also have an additional field for on-lead walks as well.

• We use our own bespoke leads for safety reasons, we use the owners leads for medical reasons or harness if required. We keep the owners leads on the kennel ready for their departure.

• Dogs are never mixed with other dogs from different households.

• All Kennels have heating when required.

• Baskets, bedding, feed and water bowls are provided. Owners can bring some bedding and safe toys that their dog is fond off. Bean bags we would ask not to be brought.

• A good variety of quality dog foods are provided. We would ask that any food for dogs on a raw diet be provided by the customer. 

• Customers can bring their own food, we discuss all aspects of food when the dogs are booked in.

• If a dog is on a very special diet from the vet, we would request that the owners provided it.

• Please note, the price is not reduced for owners providing their own food.

• Shapes, Bonios and Smackos are provided (if they are allowed treats), all given

      appropriately with their size and temperament. Owners can bring their own if            preferred.

• Medicines, herbal supplements, ear and eye treatments are very carefully administered as per instructions from the owner or vet.

• Veterinarian services are immediately sought when necessary, more details

      are on our consent form.

• We do accept bitches that have not been spayed and dogs that have not been neutered.

• Unfortunately, we do not accept diabetic dogs.

• It is felt we can no longer accept, very large breeds and dogs that have no lead training for safety reasons.
